    Customers can browse products by navigating to the the 'shop' section. Customers can then add items to their cart, and complete the checkout process. One of our team members will get back to you with payment information matching the payment method you have selected when placing your order.

  3. Can I track my order?

    When the order ships out, an email is automatically generated and sent to customers. The majority of orders ship with 24-48 hours upon reception of the customer's payment. You can then use that tracking number and enter it onto the Canada Post website to track your order.

  9. What if an item is out of stock?

    When an item is temporarily out of stock, it should get back in stock within 1-2 weeks maximum. Whenever an item is on backorder, we make sure it's marked as such.
